UK Shipping and Delivery
We aim to deliver within 7 days. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative date or a refund.

International Orders
Orders despatched to destinations outside the UK are sent by Airmail and may take up to 5 working days.

Returns
If you wish to return any product to us for any reason please email within 10 days of receipt of your goods, to obtain a Returns Number which must be quoted on your return package.

Postage Costs
Postage prices are calculated by the weight of items ordered. Our postage rates follow those published by the Royal Mail with a small service charge added to cover packaging.

Our offers and prices are correct as published, however, they cannot be guaranteed. Offers are limited to while stocks last and subject to change without prior notice. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information, errors and omissions are excepted.

All prices quoted include VAT at 15 percent.

CINEMA RESERVATION CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING A RESERVATION

1. Concessions apply to: those receiving income support; people in full-time education; young people aged 16 and under; senior citizens; asylum seekers and disabled people. Please show proof of validity upon ticket collection.

2. We do not send reserved tickets in the post. Names will be added to the relevant screening list and tickets issued upon arrival to film screening.

3. When paying for your tickets in the delivery section when you are asked to select how you would like your products to be dleivered, please select Cinema tickets only (collect at screening) – £0.00 option.

4. To cancel reserved tickets please email side.cinema@amber-online.com or telephone 0191 232 2208 stating your full name.

5. Cancellations made within 48 hours of film screening will receive refund – £1 cancellation fee per ticket originally purchased.

6. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund.
